About Aaron Grinhaus

Aaron Grinhaus focuses primarily on corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on corporate and trust organization, mitigating liability, tax structuring and commercial agreements. Mr. Grinhaus frequently advises on the rights, liabilities and obligations of being a director, officer or manager of a corporation, in addition to various other business law related matters such as fraud and shareholder disputes.

Mr. Grinhaus has been featured as a writer and guest speaker on a variety of business law related topics, and has presented for the Ontario Bar Association, the Ontario Medical Association, and RBC Dominion Securities, among others. Aaron currently serves on the Governing Council of the Ontario Bar Association and on the National Business Law section of the Canadian Bar Association. Over the years he has been actively involved in various charitable concerns in the community.
